Lubgraf Synoils Pvt. Ltd. operates in the lubricants and specialty oils sector. We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, maintain safety standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, supervising shop-floor manpower, ensuring adherence to production plans, monitoring process parameters, and maintaining quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Plan and allocate manpower, machinery, and resources to meet production schedules.
- Monitor manufacturing and blending processes, including batch preparation, mixing, filling, and packing, as applicable.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch instructions, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC), Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor raw material consumption, finished goods output, process losses, and production efficiency.
- Maintain production records, batch sheets, shift reports, and material consumption reports.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished products.
- Identify production bottlenecks, minimize downtime, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, fire safety, and chemical-handling guidelines.
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and discipline on the shop floor.
- Train, guide,



and monitor production operators and contract workers.
- Report production deviations, equipment breakdowns, quality issues, and safety incidents to the Production Manager.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage, improve productivity, and maintain consistent product quality.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and shop-floor operations.
- Understanding of production planning, batch processing, and quality control.
- Ability to supervise manpower and manage shift activities.
- Knowledge of industrial safety, chemical handling, and PPE requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, production reporting, and inventory records.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under production deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in lubricants, industrial oils, grease, specialty chemicals, blending, or process manufacturing.
- Familiarity with mixing tanks, pumps, pipelines, filling machines, and material transfer systems, as applicable.
- Experience in batch documentation, process monitoring, and quality compliance.

- Achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
- Product quality and batch rejection rate.
- Manpower productivity and machine utilization.
- Reduction in material wastage and production downtime.
- Compliance with safety, SOPs, and housekeeping standards.
- Accuracy and timely completion of production documentation.
