About the Role

Frontier Group, a multi-brand automobile dealership group with 35+ outlets across Delhi NCR, is looking for an experienced and energetic Head of HR to lead its HR function and drive people strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HR strategy and operations across all dealership locations.
- Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and manpower optimization.
- Strengthen employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Oversee compensation, payroll coordination, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
- Develop training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to improve workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Automobile dealership experience is mandatory.
- Experience managing HR for a multi-location organization is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and labour law compliance.
- MBA in HR preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
