- Install, maintain, and repair medical laboratory equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in equipment.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical complaints.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Maintain service reports and equipment maintenance records.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Positive technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
