Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential franchise partners.

- Connect with investors and explain franchise business opportunities.

- Manage franchise sales, negotiations, and follow-ups.

- Build relationships with prospective franchise partners.

- Coordinate franchise onboarding and documentation.

- Achieve franchise acquisition and business development targets.

Requirements:

- 4–10 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Franchise Development, or Business Development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong lead-generation and deal-closing abilities.

- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
