Job Summary

Sky Gold & Diamonds Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator for its Production Department, with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Excel formulas, MIS reporting, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily production data, records, and MIS reports.
- Use Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas for data management and analysis.
- Prepare production reports, dashboards, and management reports using Power BI.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks.
- Track production-related data and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, formulas, and Pivot Tables.
- Hands-on experience with MIS reporting and data analysis.




- Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard creation.
- Good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Experience in the jewellery / gold manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates from the jewellery, gold, or diamond manufacturing industry preferred.
- Disciplined, sincere, and hardworking.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates residing in or near Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
