Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer to support and monitor residential construction projects. The candidate will coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors and ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily construction activities at site
- Coordinate with contractors, labour and vendors
- Check work as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor material availability and site requirements
- Track daily work progress and report updates
- Support measurements and site documentation
- Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams
- Identify and report site issues or delays
- Ensure proper quality and safety practices
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers can also apply
- Basic knowledge of construction and site execution
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work at construction sites in Chennai
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
