Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and organised Senior Wedding Planner with at least 2 years of experience in wedding planning or event management. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling wedding functions, coordinating with clients and vendors, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring smooth execution from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate weddings and related functions from concept to execution.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and expectations.
- Coordinate with décor designers, vendors, venues, caterers, photographers, entertainers, and production teams.
- Prepare event schedules, checklists, budgets, timelines, and execution plans.
- Manage vendor negotiations, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Oversee wedding-day arrangements, guest hospitality, logistics,



and on-site coordination.
- Conduct venue visits and planning meetings as required.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve on-ground challenges efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and high service standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the planning process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in wedding planning or event management.
- Experience handling wedding functions and coordinating multiple vendors.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
- Comfortable with on-site event execution, extended hours during events, and travel when required.

Preferred: Experience with luxury weddings, destination weddings, premium hospitality, or high-end social events.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
