Magnum Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a result-driven Relationship Manager – Motor Insurance with proven direct sales experience. The ideal candidate will directly pitch to customers, generate current business, and manage retail and corporate motor portfolios.Key Responsibilities (Direct Sales & Sourcing)

- Direct Business Generation: Pitch motor insurance policies directly to retail clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and corporate customers through cold calling, direct field visits, and references.
- Dealership & Agent Networking: Establish, activate, and manage direct tie-ups with local automobile dealerships, multi-brand workshops, and freelance POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents.
- Quotations & Comparisons: Gather customer requirements, generate competitive multi-insurer premium quotes using internal portals, and present cost-benefit comparisons directly to clients to close sales.
- Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Actively pitch add-on covers (Zero Depreciation, Engine Protector, Return to Invoice)



and cross-sell other insurance products like Health or Personal Accident to the existing customer database.
- Claims Assistance: Act as the primary direct contact for clients during accidents or claims, coordinating with surveyors and workshops to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of core, on-field direct sales experience within a motor insurance broking firm, agency, or insurance company.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of Comprehensive vs. Third-Party covers, IDV (Insured Declared Value) calculations, NCB (No Claim Bonus) transfers, and commercial vehicle parameters.
- Skills: Strong direct closing skills, local language fluency, and a persistent, target-driven approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Motor insurance sales: 4 years (Required)
