Site Supervisor

Job Requirement:

· Oversee daily interior construction and finishing works.

· Manage labour resources & schedules (It Includes carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and gypsum workers)

· Check work against approved drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and specifications.

· Maintain accurate records of material requirements and equipment’s

· Monitor labor productivity, track material usage, and minimize wastage.

· Ensure safety protocols to be followed

· Maintain daily progress reports and resolve site issues quickly.

· Assist with final quality checks, measurements, and snag rectification

Experience & Qualification:

Education: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering, Interior Design.

Experience: 0 to 3 years in interior fit-out or finishing execution/ Construction field.

Skills Required :





· Ability to read technical drawings and layouts

· Robust communication ( Preferable in Hindi Language )

· Problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in basic reporting, MS Excel, and basic in Auto CAD
