Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, practical experience building and deploying ML models, and a good understanding of up-to-date AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models.
- Work on end-to-end ML projects including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
- Develop and optimize ML algorithms for real-world business applications.
- Work with Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP and/or Generative AI technologies.
- Perform data analysis and identify patterns to improve model performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve deployed ML models.
- Implement scalable and production-ready AI/ML solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks,



and best practices.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
- Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Good understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI is preferred.
- Experience with model deployment and APIs is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph or AI Agents.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, or MLOps.
- Experience working on production-level AI/ML applications.
