About the Role:

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team and help implement, configure, and support Odoo ERP systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business process understanding, and hands-on experience in Odoo functional modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and analyze processes.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules based on client needs.
- Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and Odoo standard functionalities.
- Prepare detailed documentation — process flows, functional requirements, and user manuals.
- Provide functional support and training to end users.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customization, development, and integrations.
- Perform testing (UAT) and ensure smooth go-live transitions.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve functional issues.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Functional Consultant.
- Good understanding of business processes across departments (Finance, HR, Sales, etc.).
- Experience in Odoo implementations (Community or Enterprise version).
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
