Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Embedded Hardware to lead hardware design and development for biometric devices, identity solutions, and sensor-based embedded products. The candidate will be responsible for hardware architecture, circuit design, PCB development, product validation, and team management from concept to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead embedded hardware design and development from concept to production.
- Design and review schematics, analog/digital circuits, and multilayer PCBs.
- Work with microcontrollers and processors such as ARM Cortex, STM32, and NXP.
- Integrate biometric sensors, communication modules, and peripheral interfaces.
- Lead hardware debugging, validation, reliability testing, and EMI/EMC compliance.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, QA, and manufacturing teams.
- Manage project timelines, mentor engineers, and drive product quality and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, ECE, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in embedded hardware design and development.
- Robust expertise in circuit design, PCB layout, hardware architecture, and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with Altium Designer, OrCAD, Cadence, or similar PCB design tools.
- Knowledge of ARM Cortex, STM32, NXP, UART, SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet, and power management.
- Experience in hardware validation, EMI/EMC compliance, and product development lifecycle.
- Proven team leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience in biometric devices, IoT products, sensor-based solutions, or industrial electronics.
