We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Engineer / Interior Site Engineer with experience in commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing in office execution, handling billing processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior and finishing works including painting, waterproofing, and related activities
- Supervise and manage on-site workforce, including painters and contractors
- Ensure timely execution of projects as per defined quality standards and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project delivery
- Address client concerns promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies at project sites
- Identify and resolve operational challenges effectively
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree if not then experience should require minimum 1-2 years in similar industry
- Freshers also welcome but should be have civil degree .
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects
- Hands-on experience in construction/site billing and BOQ management
- Strong knowledge of finishing works such as painting, polishing, and waterproofing
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently
- Must own a two-wheeler for site visits
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
