Job Summary

The MEP Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating and dispatching tools, equipment, materials, and other required items between project sites. The role ensures timely delivery, proper documentation, and accurate tracking of dispatched and returned items to support smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the dispatch of tools, equipment, and materials to different MEP project sites.
- Receive requests from site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
- Arrange transportation and coordinate with drivers for timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, and material issue/return registers.
- Track tools and equipment dispatched to various sites and follow up on their return.
- Verify the quantity and condition of items before dispatch and after return.
- Coordinate with storekeepers, site engineers, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Ensure proper documentation for inter-site transfers of tools and equipment.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Maintain daily dispatch reports and update inventory records.
- Ensure tools and equipment are delivered to the correct site and authorized personnel.
- Report damaged, missing, or delayed items to the concerned department.





Required Skills

- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MEP tools, equipment, and materials.
- Knowledge of dispatch documentation and inventory records.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple project sites.

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or diploma; a relevant qualification is preferred.
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, storekeeping, or construction-site operations is preferred.
- Experience in MEP projects is an added advantage.

Reporting To

Logistics Manager / Store In-Charge / MEP Project Manager

Work Location: Multiple MEP project sites, as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
