Shift Timings

General Shift-9.00 AM to 6.00PM

Roles & Responsibilities

 Create and optimize CAM programs for Turning and Machining Centers.

 Program, troubleshoot, and optimize Fanuc and Siemens control systems.

 Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.

 Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and machining parameters.

 Conduct prove-out and validation of new CAM programs.

 Reduce cycle time and improve machining productivity.

 Support the production team in resolving machining-related issues.





 Ensure dimensional accuracy and required surface finish standards.

 Coordinate with the Quality and Production departments.

 Maintain CAM program backups and revision control.

 Train CNC operators on machine setup and program execution.

 Implement continuous improvement initiatives in machining processes.
