About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Civil Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts for civil engineering and construction projects.

The role involves working closely with engineers, architects, and project management teams to transform conceptual designs, sketches, and technical requirements into precise, execution-ready drawings that meet applicable industry standards and project specifications.

Candidates with proficiency in AutoCAD, a strong understanding of civil construction practices, and experience in preparing working drawings and KSMART submission drawings are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Drafting or Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and relevant industry standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop architectural and engineering drawings.
- Experience in preparing civil working drawings, design sketches, and KSMART submission drawings is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and drawing quality.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in civil drafting, depending on the role level.

Work Environment:

- Primarily office-based, with occasional site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and develop detailed 2D drawings for civil and structural works using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Draft plans, sections, elevations, layouts, and construction details in accordance with project requirements.
- Prepare design sketches, KSMART submission drawings, and detailed working drawings as required.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to incorporate design changes and project modifications.
- Prepare, maintain, and update as-built drawings and relevant project documentation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.
- Maintain drawing registers, track revisions, and ensure timely submission of drawings.
- Support effective coordination between design, engineering, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
