Job Role

We are looking for a Commercial Territory Manager to handle commercial property requirements in assigned areas of Bengaluru. The role involves meeting clients, understanding business needs, coordinating with brands and property owners, identifying suitable commercial spaces, onboarding properties, and working towards successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients and understand their commercial property requirements.
- Coordinate with brands, businesses, buyers, sellers, and property owners.
- Identify suitable commercial properties based on client needs and budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and property partners in assigned areas.




- Source current commercial properties and collect relevant details from owners.
- Arrange site visits and coordinate meetings between clients and property owners.
- Follow up with clients and owners to move property transactions forward.
- Coordinate price discussions and negotiations between interested parties.
- Support property onboarding and work towards successful deal closures.
- Maintain client records and share regular sales updates with the team.
- Work towards achieving business development and sales targets.

Requirements

- Any degree is acceptable.
- Experience in real estate, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Ability to meet clients and manage assigned areas.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
