Job Title: Area Business Manager (ABM) – Derma Division

Experience: 3–6 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve territory-wise targets.
- Manage and guide Medical Representatives (MRs).
- Develop strong relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and skin clinics.
- Expand doctor coverage, generate orders, and develop new business.
- Monitor sales performance, collections, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct field visits, team reviews, and ensure timely reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, derma, or skincare sales.
- Solid communication, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
