Position: English Faculty
Location: Vyttila, Kochi
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Faculty to join our academic team at SLBS, Vyttila.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective English classes to students.
- Plan and prepare lessons, study materials, and assessments.
- Improve students’ spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, communication, and presentation skills.
- Conduct interactive activities, discussions, and practical learning sessions.
- Identify students’ learning gaps and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Participate in academic activities, student engagement programs, and other institutional initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or a relevant field.




- Prior teaching/training experience preferred.
- Robust command of English grammar, vocabulary, and communication.
- Excellent presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Candidates with experience in spoken English, IELTS, communication training, or competitive-exam English will be preferred.
