Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to potential clients Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling Pitch real estate projects and schedule site visits Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales Update CRM and track daily calling activity Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication and convincing skills Comfortable with cold calling and tele sales Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities Prior experience in telesales / real estate / BPO / outbound sales is a plus Freshers with confidence in speaking can apply
