Roles and Responsibilities :
● Seek Medical claim status for Health Insurance Claims submitted.




● Processing of Reimbursement Health Insurance Claim Documents
● Proficient with medical terms and systems.
● Understanding of Policy terms & conditions & Various Protocols / Guidelines
● Understanding of Claims adjudication / Claims Processing
● Maintaining & Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures & Protocols
● Manage volumes effectively & efficiently to maintain Turnaround time of processing cases
● Queries Handling and TAT Maintenance
● Capable of Handling Recovery from the Customers.

Requirements :
● At least 6 Months to 1 Year experience in Voice process / Medical Officer Claims
Processing Cashless/Reimbursement cases in any hospital or Healthcare.
● Super good in Customer escalations handling.
● Excellent oral and written communication
● Good customer service/relationship skills and ability to work effectively in a quick-paced
environment with shifting priorities.
● Outbound Calls Daily 80 to 90.
● Adjustable to Flexible working timings & shifts.
● Language Proficiency: Good verbal communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi. Proficiency in multiple regional languages is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
