Role: SaaS Sales Telecaller

Experience: 0–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote SaaS products and services.
- Explain software features, advantages, pricing, and subscription plans.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and online inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up activities in CRM software.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic product information.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer requirements.




- Maintain a database of prospects and update lead status regularly.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity updates.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and software subscriptions.
- Good telecalling and lead-generation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented approach and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new software products and sales techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
