Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, college culturals, concerts, weddings, and other live events.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, artists, and production teams.
- Manage event schedules, logistics, manpower, and on-site operations.
- Assist with budgeting, quotations, and event planning.
- Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to completion.
- Handle last-minute challenges and ensure client satisfaction.





Requirements

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Robust organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when events require it.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

Freshers are welcome! No prior event management experience is required. We value enthusiasm, responsibility, communication, and a passion for events.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
