Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager on Duty to oversee daily hospital operations, coordinate with departments, ensure quality patient care, and maintain smooth functioning of hospital services.

Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments. - Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, administrative teams, and other departments. - Handle patient and staff concerns professionally and resolve operational issues. - Monitor staff performance, discipline, and adherence to hospital policies. - Ensure quality patient care and maintain patient satisfaction. - Monitor staff attendance, duty allocation, and departmental activities. - Prepare reports and communicate operational issues to management. - Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and quality procedures.



- Take appropriate decisions during emergencies and escalate critical issues to management. Required Qualifications and Skills - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in hospital administration, hospital operations, or a similar managerial role. - Relevant educational qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage staff and handle emergency situations effectively. - Good coordination, decision-making, and organizational skills.
