Key Responsibilities

Position: Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Experience: 8-12 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
Industry Preference: Industrial Projects, Refinery, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, EPC/PMC Projects

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and verification of quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
- Review, measurement, certification, and processing of contractor RA bills and final bills.
- Monitor project quantities, variations, extra items, and change orders.
- Preparation of BOQ and reconciliation of quantities.
- Cost monitoring and tracking against project budgets.
- Verification of material consumption and work progress at site.
- Coordination with project, construction, and commercial teams for billing and payment certification.
- Maintain records of measurements, invoices, and commercial documentation.




- Support contract administration activities and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Preparation of progress reports, quantity reconciliation reports, and MIS reports.
- Assist in claim evaluation, variation orders, and dispute resolution related to quantities and billing.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and billing processes.
- Experience in handling civil, structural, and industrial construction projects.
- Proficiency in measurement standards and contract management.
- Valuable understanding of rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and cost control methodologies.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
