Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE and hospitality events segment.
* Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of corporate clients.
* Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, hotels, travel companies.
* Understand client requirements and prepare suitable event proposals and presentations.
* Handle the complete business development cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
* Develop business for corporate conferences,
incentive tours, meetings, exhibitions, dealer meets, annual meets, product launches and other hospitality events.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales/revenue targets.
* Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
* Track market trends, competitor activities and recent opportunities in the MICE industry.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Education:
- Master's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Mice/ Hospitality: 7 years (Preferred)
