About the Role

RSP Cotton World is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, billing, inventory records and general showroom operations at our home textile showroom in Peelamedu, Coimbatore.

We welcome both fresh graduates with practical TallyPrime knowledge and experienced accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records using TallyPrime.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses and payment transactions.
- Handle showroom billing, invoicing and receipts.
- Maintain stock, inventory and inward/outward registers.
- Track customer payments and supplier outstanding balances.
- Maintain cash and bank transaction records.
- Prepare basic accounting reports using MS Excel.
- Assist with daily showroom administration and office coordination.





Required Skills

- Working knowledge of TallyPrime.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
- Accuracy in financial entries and record maintenance.
- Positive communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently.

Qualifications

- B.Com, BBA or graduates with relevant accounting knowledge.
- Freshers who have completed TallyPrime training are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with previous accounting or retail billing experience are welcome.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications, practical knowledge and previous experience.

Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Part-time)

Candidates who can join immediately or at the earliest will be preferred.
