We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of proven experience to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e-commerce platforms.
- Drive performance through A/B testing, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.

Skills & Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in D2C e-commerce marketing.
- Proven success in managing and scaling e-commerce campaigns.




- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing strategies, campaign structures, and optimization techniques.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest updates, algorithm changes, ad formats, and advertising features across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Solid analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Experience in the jewellery or fintech industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
