Job Summary

Rahul Agency is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant with strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting, Advanced Excel, Tally Prime, GST, auditing, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record and manage Journal Entries, Contra Entries, and Ledger Entries.
- Handle accounting operations using Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain GST records, GST entries, and GST-related documentation.
- Assist in GST return preparation and filing.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage purchase bills, sales bills, payment receipts, and vendor payments.
- Assist with auditing, account verification, and financial documentation.
- Prepare daily accounting reports and maintain Excel records.
- Verify financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounting data.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Advanced MS Excel: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Tally Prime: Practical knowledge of accounting entries and ledger management.
- GST: Knowledge of GST entries, reconciliation, and return-related work.
- Auditing: Basic knowledge of audit procedures and account verification.
- Strong understanding of day-to-day accounting.
- Knowledge of journal entries, contra entries, and bank reconciliation.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Com, M.Com, or a related qualification.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, auditing, and Advanced Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
