The Role
We’re looking for a senior editor who can own video end to end, from raw footage to the final cut. You’ll lead our video output across reels, ad films, property walkthroughs, event films and brand stories. You’ll set the quality bar for the team and guide junior editors. You should also know how to use AI to make work faster and better, and keep up with what’s changing in AI video every month.
What You’ll Do
- Edit high-quality reels, ad films, brand films, property walkthroughs, event highlights and corporate videos
- Lead the video pipeline: plan edits, set timelines and deliver multiple client projects on schedule
- Handle colour grading, sound design, audio cleanup and final mastering for every format
- Create motion graphics, titles, kinetic typography and transitions in After Effects
- Use AI video tools for generation, image-to-video, upscaling, voiceovers, AI avatars and fast ad variations
- Track current AI video technology and build practical workflows the whole team can use
- Review and give feedback on junior editors’ work and mentor them to raise the overall output
- Work with the content and social teams on scripts, storyboards and shot lists before shoots
- Guide shoots on set when needed so the footage works in the edit
- Adapt every edit for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and ad placements (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of video editing experience, ideally at an agency, production house or brand-facing role
- Expert in Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong in DaVinci Resolve (especially colour grading); Final Cut Pro is a plus
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Seedance, Google Veo/Flow, Topaz, ElevenLabs, HeyGen or similar
- A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, rhythm and music selection
- Solid understanding of what performs on social media: hooks, retention, trends and reel formats
- Experience with real estate, hospitality or corporate content is a strong advantage
- Able to lead, manage time well and stay calm under deadlines
- Basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills for thumbnails and assets are a plus
