Job Description
M&J; Carrier Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Freight Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily U.S. trucking operations, coordinate with drivers and freight brokers, and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate truck dispatches and daily load assignments.
- Find and book freight using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.
- Communicate with U.S. brokers, drivers, shippers, and receivers.
- Track shipments and manage pickup/delivery updates.
- Handle rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, detention, layovers, and TONU.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Robust English communication and negotiation skills.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work night shifts.
- Experience in U.S. trucking or freight dispatching is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
