Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist to collect blood samples from patients and employees safely and efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for sample collection, labeling, handling, and transportation while maintaining hygiene, patient comfort, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples through venipuncture and other approved collection techniques.

- Conduct blood sample collection for employee health checkups, diagnostic tests, and health screening camps.

- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling of samples.

- Follow proper infection control, hygiene, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.

- Maintain accurate records of sample collection and patient details.

- Ensure samples are stored and transported under appropriate conditions.

- Coordinate with laboratories, healthcare professionals, and operations teams.

- Handle patients professionally and explain the blood collection procedure.

- Maintain phlebotomy equipment,



collection kits, and inventory.

- Follow company policies, laboratory protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations.

- Travel to offices, corporate locations, or other designated sites for sample collection, if required.

Qualifications and Skills

- Relevant qualification or certification in phlebotomy, medical laboratory technology, or a related healthcare field.

- Previous experience in blood sample collection is preferred.

- Knowledge of venipuncture techniques, sample handling, and infection prevention.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and accurate documentation.

- Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally.

- Willingness to travel for corporate health checkups or health camps, if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
