Job Overview

Winisto Global LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent prospect for freshers who want to start their career in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.

The selected candidate will gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and other HR activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with job postings on Indeed and other hiring platforms.




- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
- Help maintain recruitment records and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience can apply.
- Bachelor's degree pursuing or completed in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and good organizational skills.
