We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM – ANSI X12 Template Specialist to provide job support for ongoing project requirements. This is a part-time, freelance, remote opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM and ANSI X12 templates.
The selected resource must be available Monday to Friday for 2 hours per day to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with project-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide job support for Oracle HCM and ANSI X12 template-related activities.
- Assist with configuring, reviewing, and troubleshooting ANSI X12 templates and integrations.
- Support Oracle HCM integration-related issues and data exchange requirements.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to templates, mappings, and data processing.
- Assist with debugging and troubleshooting integration errors.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions for real-time project challenges.
- Coordinate with the client/team during the agreed working hours.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow project-specific requirements.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM.
- Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 EDI standards and templates.
- Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and data mapping is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot template and integration-related issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in job support or project support is an advantage.
