Role Description

This role involves creating, editing, and publishing high-quality video, audio, and written content across social media platforms, while helping amplify insights from leadership coaching, podcasts, and speaking engagements.

The ideal candidate understands digital media, and social media trends, and can transform ideas into compelling content that engages professionals and leaders globally.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Edit and produce podcast clips, reels, and leadership insights.
- Convert long-form content (podcasts, talks, interviews) into short, shareable social media content.




- Write compelling social media captions and post copy.

Social Media Management

- Manage and schedule content across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
- Monitor engagement and help grow the online community.

Multimedia Production

- Edit basic video, audio, and visual content using editing tools.
- Create visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, and simple designs.
- Ensure content quality, branding consistency, and professional presentation.

Content Strategy Support

- Identify content trends and new formats that can increase reach and engagement.
- Repurpose leadership insights into multiple digital formats.
- Support the growth of a thought leadership and podcast platform.

Required Skills

- Experience in social media content creation
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Basic audio /video editing skills
- Content writing ability
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
