As a vendor partner within Amazon’s business ecosystem, JLT supports business enablement and brand-related services. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Trademark Registration Associate to support trademark search, application filing, documentation, client coordination, and registration follow-ups. ROLE OVERVIEW The associate will help manage trademark applications through the key stages of the process—from preliminary availability searches and preparing application details to filing, tracking progress, and coordinating follow-ups with the relevant registry. Candidates with hands-on filing experience are encouraged to apply. Freshers with a relevant educational background, robust documentation skills, and a willingness to learn are also welcome. REQUIREMENTS Strong academic background. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with other professionals Detail-oriented with excellent judgment and analytical skills Able to juggle multiple tasks - dynamic, and action-orientated, which meets deadlines and makes it happen. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and related software programs COMPETENCY Must be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to earn trust and credibility. Must have ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality Take ownership of tasks and make informed, business-oriented decisions independently.



Fast learner able to grasp business needs and priorities quickly. Critical Thinking: Analyze multiple sources to identify underlying user needs. Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple assignments at once, and meet deadlines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct trademark searches to identify identical or similar existing marks. Assist with trademark class selection and drafting goods/services descriptions. Prepare and file trademark applications, ensuring accurate details and complete documentation. Coordinate with clients to collect required documents, authorizations, affidavits, and proof of use. Track application status, registry updates, deadlines, and follow-ups. Assist with examination reports, objections, oppositions, hearings, and registry correspondence. Provide timely updates to clients on filing status, pending requirements, and the progress of their applications. Maintain digital records of applications, acknowledgements, correspondence, and supporting documents. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION BBA, B.Com, LLB, BA LLB, or graduates from any other relevant discipline may apply. Freshers are welcome if they demonstrate attention to detail, computer proficiency, communication skills, and a genuine interest in learning trademark registration.
