We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through online chat. Freshers with good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through live chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve basic customer concerns professionally
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Ensure a positive customer experience
