About the Role

We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Patient Care Coordinator to handle patients from African countries (Kenya, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, Botswana and more), from their first enquiry until they return home after treatment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to patient enquiries from Africa by phone, WhatsApp, email and from our online ad campaigns
- Collect medical reports and share them with partner hospitals for treatment opinions and cost estimates
- Explain treatment options, hospital choices and costs clearly to patients and their families
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed patient arrivals
- Coordinate visa invitation letters, flights, airport pickup, accommodation and hospital appointments
- Stay in touch with patients and attendants during their stay in India and after discharge
- Keep lead and patient records updated in our CRM




- Build relationships with referral partners and facilitators in African countries

Requirements

- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare, life sciences, hospitality or travel background is a plus
- 0–3 years in medical tourism, international patient services, customer support, tele-calling or sales (freshers with excellent English are welcome)
- Comfortable making international calls and chatting with patients on WhatsApp
- Basic computer skills: email, MS Office / Google Sheets, CRM
- Caring, patient and target-oriented

Good to Have

- Experience with African patients or markets
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- French or Swahili
