Qwik-Fit designs and installs turnkey gyms for homes, residential societies, clubhouses, hotels and offices across Delhi NCR. Our AI tools handle leads, follow-ups, quotes and reporting, so you can spend your time with clients and on site. What you'll do - Close home, society, builder, hotel and office gym projects - Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and RWAs - Run site visits, take layouts to sign-off and coordinate installation with our vendors - Sell AMC and service contracts - Keep the CRM updated and share a weekly report on leads, orders and collections You have - 3–5 years in sales of fitness equipment, gym setups, flooring or premium interiors - Contacts with builders, RWAs or designers in NCR (a strong plus) - Confidence with WhatsApp, CRMs and AI tools - A two-wheeler or car; based in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida or Faridabad We offer - Fixed salary ₹35,000–50,000/month + high incentive on every order closed - A fast track to Business Head and an ESOP when you hit your targets - Join a recent NCR business from day one Apply: send your CV and the biggest deal you've closed to [email protected]
