- Business Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, stakeholder expectations, and existing business processes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data, identify trends and patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Dashboards & Presentations: Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), business trends, and recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity and business performance.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning, strategic initiatives, and organizational objectives.
- Business Case Development:
Assist in preparing business cases, financial analyses, forecasts, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor business performance and recommend data-driven solutions that support sustainable growth.
