Vibrantick is looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Digital Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

The selected candidate will oversee digital projects involving website development, digital marketing, SEO, content creation, creative production, and other digital solutions, depending on client requirements. The role requires effective team leadership, client communication, resource planning, risk management, and the ability to ensure smooth project execution from initiation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning and Strategy

- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and execution roadmaps.
- Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and assign responsibilities.
- Identify project dependencies, resource requirements, and potential risks.
- Establish clear workflows, communication processes, and reporting structures.
- Ensure project plans align with client expectations and business objectives.
- Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and deliverables through an appropriate approval process.

2. Project Execution and Delivery

- Manage digital projects from initiation and planning through execution, testing, and final delivery.
- Monitor progress against project schedules, milestones, and agreed deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Track task completion and address bottlenecks affecting project progress.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.
- Conduct regular project reviews and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure final deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards.

3. Team Leadership and Coordination

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, digital marketers, SEO specialists, content writers, video editors, and other relevant professionals.
- Assign tasks based on project priorities, team capacity, and individual responsibilities.
- Establish accountability for deliverables and deadlines.
- Conduct project meetings to review progress, resolve blockers, and align priorities.
- Support collaboration between technical, creative, marketing, and business teams.
- Provide guidance to team members on project expectations and delivery requirements.
- Identify resource gaps and coordinate with management to address them.

4. Client Management and Communication

- Act as the primary project contact for clients, where assigned.
- Understand client requirements, business goals, expectations, and priorities.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and gather necessary project information.
- Share regular updates regarding project status, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Manage client feedback, revisions, approvals, and change requests.
- Communicate project challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Ensure expectations are aligned regarding scope, timelines, resources, and outcomes.




- Maintain professional client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Budget and Resource Management

- Prepare and monitor project budgets in coordination with management.
- Allocate resources according to project needs, priorities, and deadlines.
- Track resource utilization and identify potential capacity issues.
- Monitor project expenses and highlight budget risks.
- Evaluate the impact of scope changes on cost and delivery timelines.
- Help ensure efficient utilization of team resources without compromising quality.

6. Risk and Issue Management

- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges at an early stage.
- Maintain project risk and issue logs.
- Develop mitigation plans for schedule delays, resource constraints, and technical issues.
- Escalate critical issues to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve blockers and minimize project disruption.
- Maintain contingency plans for high-priority deliverables where necessary.

7. Digital Project Management

- Oversee website development, website redesign, and other digital implementation projects.
- Manage digital marketing project timelines, campaign deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate SEO, content, creative, and paid advertising deliverables where applicable.
- Track website testing, quality checks, content approvals, and launch readiness.
- Ensure technical and creative deliverables align with the approved project scope.
- Coordinate project handovers, documentation, and post-launch activities.
- Maintain awareness of digital industry practices, technologies, and project delivery methods.

8. Quality Assurance and Process Improvement

- Establish project review and quality-check processes.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate testing, reviews, client approvals, and required revisions.
- Identify recurring project issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures for project execution.
- Conduct project retrospectives to identify lessons learned.
- Promote consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across project workflows.

9. Reporting and Performance Monitoring

- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management and clients.
- Monitor milestones, delivery timelines, project budgets, and resource utilization.
- Track project risks, open issues, dependencies, and pending approvals.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and management dashboards.
- Measure project performance against defined objectives and KPIs.
- Present progress updates, challenges, and recommendations to management.
- Use project data to improve planning, predict delays, and support decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology,



Computer Applications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, digital operations, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning through delivery.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
- Solid understanding of project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource planning.
- Ability to manage client expectations and resolve project-related challenges.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project reporting.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and work effectively under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing website development and digital marketing projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience with project budgeting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with client-facing project management and stakeholder reporting.
- Familiarity with digital marketing workflows, SEO, content production, and paid advertising.
- Relevant project management certifications are an advantage.
