Role: Design wedding and event decor concepts for House of Merit clients and own their end-to-end execution, from mood board to final setup.
Responsibilities
- Develop decor concepts, mood boards, layouts and 3D or sketch visuals
- Prepare budgets, material lists and execution plans per function
- Brief and manage the decor coordinator, vendors and on-site crews
- Lead setup on event days and ensure the final look matches the design
- Present concepts to clients and handle revisions
Requirements
- Strong visual sense and knowledge of florals, structures, lighting and fabrics
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, SketchUp or similar)
- Strong budgeting, vendor negotiation and team leadership skills
- Based in or willing to work from Delhi NCR; available for travel and destination events
- Available on weekends, late nights and peak wedding season
- Punctual, presentable and qualified with clients and guests
