Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accountant cum Office Administrator to manage accounting and administrative responsibilities at our Gandhinagar office.The candidate must have at least 1 year of practical accounting experience and hands-on experience working with Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.Freshers and candidates without accounting/Tally experience are not eligible for this position.

Eligibility Criteria

Education
Bachelor’s Degree
B.Com or a related commerce/accounting qualification preferred

Mandatory Experience & Skills

Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
Hands-on experience operating Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
Practical knowledge of day-to-day accounting activities
Knowledge of GST, TDS, PT and basic statutory compliance
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and other MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Tasks
Perform bank reconciliation
Prepare and issue invoices
Record expenses and maintain accurate financial records
Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally




Process payroll and timely payments, including PF-related processing
Handle GST, TDS and PT calculations and filingsPerform monthly review and analysis of the balance sheet
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation

Administrative Tasks
Provide general office and administrative support
Assist with basic HR-related activities
Maintain organized records of sales, accounts and other office activities
Coordinate routine documentation and office requirements
