MyThorneAI is an education technology platform helping students build career readiness, workplace skills, and financial literacy. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to turn instructor recordings and raw footage into engaging educational and promotional videos.

Role Overview

The Video Editor will produce explicit, professional content for our learning platform, website, and social media channels. A primary responsibility will be editing short, 3–5-minute instructor lessons that make career and business topics easy for students to understand.

Responsibilities

- Edit instructor recordings into polished lessons, removing mistakes, unnecessary pauses, and distractions.
- Add accurate captions, titles, graphics, transitions, and relevant supporting visuals.
- Improve audio clarity, balance sound levels, and correct lighting and color.
- Create promotional videos, platform demonstrations, testimonials, and short social media clips.
- Adapt videos for horizontal and vertical formats across different platforms.
- Maintain consistent MyThorneAI branding and visual quality.




- Collaborate with content and marketing team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and complete revisions promptly.
- Organize raw footage, project files, and final exports for easy team access.
- Use properly licensed music, footage, images, and other creative assets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated video editing experience supported by a portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or comparable editing software.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, audio editing, and caption accuracy.
- Ability to make educational content engaging and appropriate for student audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet access and a computer capable of handling video editing projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
