Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and track relevant government and overseas tender opportunities.
- Monitor tender portals such as FTS, Contracts Finder, and other procurement platforms.
- Conduct tender research, eligibility checks, and bid/no-bid analysis.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, specifications, deadlines, and submission requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate PQQ, SQ, ITT responses, technical proposals, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate pricing, costing, and commercial information with internal teams.
- Ensure all bids are accurate, complete, and compliant with tender requirements.
- Prepare and maintain procurement and tender-related documentation.
- Conduct supplier due diligence and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Support contract management and framework agreements.
- Assist with risk assessment and ensure compliance with applicable procurement regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and internal departments throughout the tender process.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support bid strategies.
- Maintain proper records of submitted bids, contracts, documents, and deadlines.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and follow up on tender outcomes.

Required Skills:





- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in tender/bid management.
- Experience with Government Tender Portals and Overseas Tenders.
- Knowledge of FTS (Find a Tender Service) and Contracts Finder.
- Strong understanding of tender identification, qualification, and bid/no-bid analysis.
- Experience in PQQ, SQ, ITT, technical and commercial proposal preparation.
- Knowledge of pricing and cost analysis.
- Understanding of tender compliance and procurement documentation.
- Knowledge of contract management and framework agreements.
- Basic understanding of procurement regulations and GDPR.
- Strong MS Office and Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent documentation, English communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Solid attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
