Position: Senior HR Executive - Factory HR
Location: Factory
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
CTC: ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at the factory, ensuring discipline, statutory compliance, attendance management, employee relations, and smooth workforce administration.

Key Responsibilities: Attendance & Workforce Management

- Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, OT, and leave records.
- Ensure employees mark attendance as per company policy.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding absenteeism and manpower availability.

Employee Relations & Discipline

- Handle employee grievances and workplace issues.
- Conduct counseling sessions and disciplinary actions when required.
- Maintain discipline, shop floor decorum, and adherence to company policies.

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Coordinate hiring of operators, technicians, helpers, and staff.
- Conduct joining formalities, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain manpower records and recruitment trackers.

Compliance & Statutory Activities

- Coordinate PF, ESIC, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, labor laws, and company regulations.
- Support audits and inspections by government authorities.

HR Operations





- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Process employee separations, exit formalities, and Full & Final Settlements.

Employee Engagement

- Support employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
- Organize factory-level HR initiatives and awareness sessions.

Requirements

- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
- 4-6 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/factory workplace.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, payroll inputs, and attendance management.
- Strong communication and employee handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience handling blue-collar workforce.
- Ability to work independently in a factory environment.
- Strong disciplinary and workforce management skills.
- Age: Up to 30 years preferred.

Salary: ₹35,000 per month (CTC)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Location: Factory Premises Only.
