We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. The intern will assist in the recruitment process by contacting candidates using the candidate data provided by the company, understanding their interest and availability, and coordinating the next steps.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to candidates using the database provided by the company.
- Explain available job opportunities and provide basic information about the role.
- Understand candidates’ experience, skills, availability, and interest.
- Screen candidates based on the given recruitment requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates regarding interview details.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate responses, and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Update candidate information in Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, or other recruitment systems.
- Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team throughout the hiring process.




- Meet daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn recruitment processes.
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and students pursuing HR/MBA/related courses can apply.
