Job Description:
We are hiring candidates for domestic inbound and outbound voice processes.
Outbound Process:
* Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field (mandatory)
* Fixed day shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
* Fixed Sunday off
* Salary up to ₹34,000 in-hand / ₹41,000 CTC
Inbound Process:
* Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (mandatory)
* Graduation mandatory
* Rotational shifts between 6 AM and 9 PM
* 2 rotational week-offs
* Salary up to ₹34,000 in-hand / ₹41,000 CTC
Common Requirements & Benefits:
* Excellent English communication skills
* 30% hike on last drawn salary
* 9-hour shift
* Bus facility from railway station to office and back
* No cab facility or travel allowance
