We are looking for a proactive, organised and responsible HR Manager to independently manage the organisation’s complete HR function. The role requires an individual who can take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee management, HR documentation, workplace discipline and policy implementation while ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer letters and joining formalities.
- Employee Onboarding & Documentation: Handle onboarding, employment documentation, employee records, probation tracking, confirmations, resignations and exit formalities.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave requests, working hours and employee availability, ensuring consistent implementation of organisational policies.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and workplace concerns, communicate management decisions and maintain qualified standards of conduct and communication.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews, probation assessments, feedback, performance improvement plans and employee training requirements.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, maintain and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures and employee guidelines, while maintaining relevant employment records and coordinating applicable statutory compliance.
- Workplace Discipline & Confidentiality: Monitor adherence to organisational policies, confidentiality requirements and workplace expectations; document concerns and escalate matters requiring management intervention.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Support employee engagement, workplace coordination,



team development and retention initiatives.
- HR Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate HR trackers, recruitment databases, attendance records and employee documentation; provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Management Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for HR matters, independently manage routine HR decisions within delegated authority and escalate significant employee or policy matters to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field; an MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- Prior experience in HR operations, recruitment or generalist HR, preferably with the ability to independently manage the complete HR function.
- Working knowledge of recruitment, employee documentation, performance management and applicable Indian employment laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets and HR management tools.

Performance Expectations

The HR Manager will be responsible for the timely completion of recruitment requirements, accurate HR documentation, effective attendance and policy management, employee coordination, performance review tracking and the overall efficiency of HR operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
