Job Description:

In your role as Sr. Full Stack Engineer, you will:

- Work directly with the Head of Software, software engineering team, and product teams
- Design web applications with cloud backend that can scale with the business growth of Kohler Ventures
- Build the forward-looking vision and lead the effort to understand and drive requirements with hardware/software teams.




- Coordinate with product development teams to execute rollout/adoption of common libraries, services, and patterns.
- Measurably improve code normalization across one or more critical code concerns throughout the codebase

Required Qualifications

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages JavaScript, TypeScript. NodeJS.
- Solid understanding of REST API design and microservices architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
- Demonstrated understanding of web application security.
- Experience with Frontend frame NextJS, ReactJS.
- Experience with CSS frameworks and tools such as sass
- Implement responsive designs for various devices and screen resolutions
- Availability to work outside of standard business hours as needed to be able to collaborate with teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to travel 10% of time both domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

- Technical experience in systems engineering at scale with regards to testing, reliability, security, and observability.
- Champion for quality in code, processes, and culture.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical and management information clearly and concisely.
